An international automotive OEM based in Kariega, Eastern Cape is looking for the Quality Engineer position in the QA Purchase Parts Department - based in Kariega, Eastern Cape

Job Summary

To ensure that motor vehicle components perform consistently to specification throughout the life cycle of the component by :

Initiating and managing the Qualifying Program for new part introduction.

Implementing continuous improvement by identifying the root cause for part deviations from specification and correcting the deviations in all phases of the life cycle of the part.

Testing and evaluating the performance of parts according to specification.

Providing the required Technical Expertise for complete parts in respect of material and function.

Initiating design improvements for complex problems on parts

Job Responsibilities
