RPO Recruitments client a reputable construction firm with a strong track record in delivering high-quality construction projects in Cape Town is currently expanding their team and looking to appoint an experienced Site Foreman or Construction Manager to lead activities on site.

This position is offered as a limited duration contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including concrete works formwork reinforcement and setting out
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications
• Plan schedule and monitor construction activities using MS Projects
• Conduct setting out and ensure accuracy in alignment levels and dimensions
• Manage site resources including labour plant and materials
• Oversee and maintain site administration including daily reports progress updates timesheets and quality control documentation
• Liaise effectively with Clients Architects Engineers Subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure adherence to project timelines quality standards safety regulations and budget requirements
• Resolve technical and site-related issues proactively
