Key Responsibilities Include :

Handling customer returns and warranty verifications

Coordinating testing and repair / replacement processes with suppliers

Managing stock movements, mini stock takes, and full monthly stock counts

Receiving deliveries, logging returns, and processing credit notes

Maintaining accurate pricing and system entries (Hansa)
