Position Summary

SA - Gauteng, Bryanston. 40,000 - 45,000 R salary at a well-known law firm in Bryanston is looking for a Compliance and Risk Officer.

Qualifications

LLB
Admitted Attorney
Admitted Conveyancer

Experience

1-3 years post Conveyancing admission experience

Deceased estate conveyancing experience (preferred)

Deceased estate administration experience (benefit)

Property contracts drafting experience (advantage)

Duties

Review of new instructions and due diligence

Review of new sales : deed interpret, draft additional documents, and due diligence

Review FICA of all parties involved in transactions

Communicate with various stakeholders / clients

Review finances on a matter

Other compliance duties as required
