This company specializes in the sales, manufacturing, and installation of tombstones. The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in manufacturing or production.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the National Operations Manager is to implement effective processes and procedures across the organization.
• This includes formulating strategies, enhancing performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance.
• The role entails mentoring team members, enhancing customer service quality, and promoting best practices at all levels.
• Ultimately, the National Operations Manager is entrusted with ensuring the factories maintain compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Compiling and implementing documented Standard Operating Procedures.
• Overseeing operations across three factories.
• Enhancing operational systems and processes.
• Managing inventory and efficiency.
• Ensuring legal compliance.
• Setting strategic objectives.
• Maintaining quality controls.
• Supervising staff.

Reporting to top management, the National Operations Manager directly oversees operational staff.
