Our client, a leading renewable energy investment and development business, is seeking a Senior Transactor to play a key role in taking large-scale renewable energy projects from preferred-bidder stage to financial close.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value energy infrastructure transactions across South Africa and the broader African market, contributing to the region's clean-energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations and project agreements across lenders, equity partners and off-takers
• Drive financial close strategy and execution across multiple workstreams
• Oversee and review project financial models (from bid stage to close)
• Manage due diligence processes and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Support structuring and credit approval processes
• Lead PPA and project document negotiations during bid and execution phases
