Job Title : Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a special kind of individual to join our long-standing organization of 34 years! The individual needs to be committed to long-term tenure, reflecting dedication and stability, on their CVs.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a Recruitment Agency, understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques and matching (needs to be structured and routine-oriented). A passion for Recruitment is essential.
• Sound judgement, excellent work ethics, and strong integrity are essential.
• Well organized, with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
• Highly client-centric, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills (both verbal and written).
• An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, an inquiring mind, and a thorough approach to assessing information (looking for a pit-bull who is resilient and meticulous!).
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

Duties

High maintenance personality, who enjoys drama. Uncommitted; abuse of taking time off; bringing personal issues to the workplace; lazy / complacent; can't handle pressure; poor service levels; lack of urgency; gets bored easily.

Package & Remuneration
