Job descriptionMaintain and clean stone paths, beds, dams, and water channels. Identify and manage weed control, distinguishing between plants, seedlings, and weeds. Perform general garden maintenance, including planting, feeding, and pest control. Engage with guests by generously sharing knowledge about the garden and its features.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Agricultural or horticultural qualification is beneficial.
- Minimum of two years practical gardening experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while upholding high standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Passion for indigenous plants and a deep respect for nature
