Web Lead Administrator required in Johannesburg.
The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated individual who will be the primary contact for incoming web leads.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Strong product knowledge
- Understand customer requirements
- Respond with urgency and accuracy to incoming leads
- Prepare quotes, technical information
- Track open leads
- Follow up and close leads within a reasonable time
- Effective handover
- Flag potential linkages to build customer loyalty
- Provide backup to internal sales
- Manage the company chat line
