Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and structure the system engineering process, creating a system engineering plan tailored for complex rocket and missile systems.

• Break down functions and describe interfaces between system components.
• Allocate requirements to system elements and ensure proper integration.
• Design and synthesize technical solution concepts.
• Conduct trade-off studies to evaluate optimal system solutions.
• Develop verification and validation strategies to ensure system functionality.
• Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA).
• Lead and participate in requirement and design reviews.
• Maintain a comprehensive systems engineering database and documentation.
