Job Description
The Sales and Leads Desk Coordinator is a vital frontline support functionresponsible for managing inbound sales enquiries and coordinating lead handlingactivities for the leasing team. This role ensures leads from various sources(calls, web, listings) are responded to timeously, qualified and allocated to theappropriate leasing executive. The coordinator facilitates appointmentscheduling, maintains system data integrity, andensures excellent client communication. The position is instrumental inenhancing responsiveness, conversion tracking, and overall leasing performance.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoingpersonality with clear telephone etiquette that is comfortable being on thephones all day. The successful candidate should be able to deal with high callvolumes and be driven by interactions with others. This individual will succeedin a culture that values hard work, speed (rapid execution), collaboration, andaccountability. A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills areessential.
