Job Title : Creative Project Manager (Remote – Offshore)

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-obsessed Creative Project Manager to join our fast-paced performance marketing team. If you're fueled by checklists, timelines, and seamless coordination—and love being the connector between vision and execution—this role is calling your name.

This is a fully remote role ideal for a strategic thinker who can own creative workflows end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams to bring big ideas to life. You'll translate strategy into action, keep all players on track, and ensure flawless delivery—every time.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire creative project lifecycle—from brief to final delivery

Act as a strategic partner across departments (growth, creative, and more)

Build and manage detailed project timelines and task assignments (tools like Asana or Monday.com)

Create clear briefs and workflows based on strategic direction

Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and clients

Communicate proactively across Slack, email, and occasional client calls

Juggle multiple brands and projects in a fast-moving, agency-style environment

Bring a performance marketing lens to creative prioritization and execution

Drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across all moving parts

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of creative workflows

Obsessed with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Gantt charts—yes, please)

Clear, confident communicator across all channels

Comfortable leading both internal and client-facing conversations

Performance marketing or fast-paced digital agency experience preferred

Able to manage multiple brands and deadlines with ease

A creative-minded PM—or a detail-loving creative turned PM

Self-starter who thrives in organized chaos and gets things DONE

Strong written English (C1 level) for all internal and external communication

Bonus Points

Previous client-facing experience

Background in growth marketing, paid media, or brand projects

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, G Suite, etc.
