Network1KwaZulu-NatalAre you a proactive and dedicated HR professional with a strong grasp of South African labour law and a passion for operational HR excellence?A leading company based in Richards Bay is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team and take charge of both administrative and transactional HR functions.Key Responsibilities : HR Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records databases and HR systems.Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and compliance paperwork.Oversee the full onboarding, induction, and offboarding cycle.Transactional HR : Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.Assist with performance management including probation reviews and KPIs.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination and communication with candidatespliance & Labour Law : Ensure all HR practices are compliant with South African labour legislation and company policies.Advise line managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary action and grievances.Assist with preparations for inquiries, conciliations, arbitrations, and manage conciliations effectivelypile and maintain documentation required for hearings and legal compliance audits.Employee Relations : Act as a key point of contact for staff HR-related queries.Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.Reporting & Metrics : Generate reports and HR analytics to support management decisions.Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance deadlines.Qualifications and Experience Required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.5-8 years experience in a similar HR management role.Strong understanding of South African payroll regulations and HR compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.If you are interested in this opportunity please apply directly.If you have not had any response in two weeks please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.Required Experience : ManagerKey Skills :
