Job descriptionBooking and converting leads into appointments for our product specialist in the field (NO COLD CALLING) Assess client needs, and provide product recommendations based on customer preference Possess detailed knowledge about the products being sold, including materials, design features, dimensions, and care instructions. Explain the benefits of different products, answer questions, and handle customer objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary items like accessories or warranties Inform customers about delivery timelines, costs, and any assembly or setup options available. Arrange for deliveries or coordinate with logistics teams Work toward achieving sales targets through effective customer interaction and closing sales

REQUIREMENTS :
- Matric (Grade 12) is required
- 2+ years of experience in Call Centre or Telesales
- Proven track record of success in telesales or call centre environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
