Role Overview
As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to earn based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates : Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
