People Management : Identify, develop and retain talent; direct and coordinate activities of staff in the area to ensure continuity in operational excellence, maximizing returns on investments, and increasing productivity; work with HR and Training staff in dealing with employee grievances, discipline and ensure their effective implementation and management.
