Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to develop and update website content. Work closely with developers to implement and update website features and functionalities. Conduct regular audits to ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness. Assist in building custom reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and other tools. Develop automated data solutions and manage integration with Asana and other systems. Build and manage reports for internal use and external stakeholders. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities. Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and interactive elements. Test and ensure quality assurance of web content and features before deployment. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards. Stay updated on industry trends, web standards, and best practices. Actively contribute to a senior technical team driving creative change. Our client in Muizenberg, Cape Town is seeking a talented Web & Data Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Web Development, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong SQL skills, proficiency in building reports and dashboards (Power BI preferred), and expertise in web development technologies such as HTML / CSS and CMS systems are essential. Experience with tools like nopCommerce, Asana, Google Analytics, and JIRA would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of Quality Assurance software and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a "let's go!" attitude, are a must in this fast-paced environment.
