Job Responsibilities :
- Document control of the quality management system - includes logging and issuing of all quality management system documents as required to relevant employees
- Document contro l - correct template, registering and distribution
- Record / evidence control as required by the ISO 9001 : 2015 assist Quality & Process Manager where required
- Certifications and client qualifications assist Quality & Process Manager where required
- Third party (external) audits assist Quality & Process Manager where required
- Ensure ISO 9001 : 2015 policies, procedures, work instructions actively look for continual improvement
- Quality report provide input to Quality & Process Manager when required
- Management review meeting assist Quality & Process Manager where required / as instructed, type minutes and action list
- Non-conformances allocate numbers, update register and ensure timeous close outs
- Approved suppliers list update with new approved suppliers
- Calibration coordination of calibration activities and recordings
- Management review meeting provide input to Quality & Process Manager on activities as required
