This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to successfully plan and execute events. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring seamless logistics and a high-impact experience.
Develop event marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.
Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure events align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative event solutions.
Manage event-related administrative tasks, including permits, contracts, and reports.

Position Details
Location : Observatory (home base) with travel to Steenberg (Cape Town), Robertson, and occasional trips to Gauteng.
Work Schedule : 5 days a week, including weekends when required.
