- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the gate
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings

- Manage guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance area

Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
