Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO / IATF / OEM)
Manage subordinates performance and train / mentor staff
Ensure all customer requirements are met
Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
Manage customer complaints, quality KPIs, and department budget
Conduct audits and support 8D closure
Requirements :
B-Tech in Quality Management or equivalent
10+ years in automotive industry (preference for car-building experience)
5+ years managing quality teams in complex automotive environments
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and core quality tools
Computer literate (MS Office, Power BI, SAP R3)
