Duties :

• Gather comprehensive cost information from various sources and ensure its accurate entry and storage in the expenses database.
• Design and implement efficient data accumulation systems to facilitate the seamless collection and processing of cost-related data.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to strategically plan and meticulously document variable costs, providing a foundation for precise financial analysis.
• Conduct thorough reviews of both standard and actual costs to pinpoint any discrepancies or inaccuracies, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop detailed budgeting reports that offer valuable insights into cost projections, variances, and potential areas for optimization.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to scrutinize and report on profit margins, delivering comprehensive analyses to aid in informed decision-making.
• Play a key role in supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Actively identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, recommending and championing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
