Job descriptionExperience : 2+ years in EA / PA or Operations support roles (startup / entrepreneurial background is a plus). Location : Based in Cape Town for occasional team meet‑ups. If relocating, include this in the application. Skills : Proactive and resourceful — you don’t wait to be told what to do. Good communicator who can prioritise, push back when needed, and keep things moving. Comfortable with project management and collaboration tools. Tech‑savvy — we use lots of software & AI in our processes. Trustworthy and discreet — able to handle sensitive business and personal information. Confident with numbers and happy to take on basic finance tasks. Personality Fit : Practical, adaptable, and steady — you enjoy variety and can keep calm when things are moving fast. Salary : R18,000 – R28,000 / month (depending on experience) + bonus. Remote‑first role with exposure to international business operations. Variety : sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance experience in one role. Work directly with the founder and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Founder Support : Manage diary, inbox, meetings, travel, and occasional personal admin.
- Team Support : Keep projects on track, follow up on tasks, and make sure nothing slips.
- Sales & Marketing Support : Update records, do research, draft comms, and help with campaigns.
- Operations : Spot and fix inefficiencies, keep processes running smoothly.
- HR Support : Help with recruitment admin, onboarding new hires, and staff coordination.
- Finance Support : Track expenses, manage receipts, handle basic bookkeeping, liaise with accountants.
- Flex Role : Step in wherever help is needed — this role is about making sure things get done.
