We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Project Manager / Executive Personal Assistant. Role Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. This role will also encompass the functions of an Executive Personal Assistant, providing direct support to our CEO and team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects across various departments and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. Adaptability and readiness to tackle diverse tasks daily are essential. The work is characterised by constant learning, ensuring that every day brings new insights and growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Act as the point of contact for department heads, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage external contacts and proactively resolve business-related issues.
