An ISP specializing in providing INTERNET VOICE and HOSTING Solutions is seeking a permanent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Support Technician based in Umhlanga Durban.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answering support phone calls and emails
- Managing a ticketing system and updating customers until their issues are fully resolved
- Providing remote support and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Proactive monitoring of connectivity to identify those in need of assistance
- Router and VOIP setup / configuration
Minimum Requirements :
Education :
A Matric certificate (Grade 12) as a minimumKnowledge and Skills :
Must be able to work well within a team environment and manage deadlinesPrevious experience in networking and IT support will be an advantageA drivers license and your own vehicle will be an advantageRemuneration :
Market related salary based on experience and qualificationsPLEASE NOTE :
