Senior Finance Assistant

Purpose of role : To support the Finance Manager with day‑to‑day activities across all aspects of the finance function, ensuring accurate processes, timely reporting, and effective team communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable ledger for festivals (process invoices, allocate events, run reports)
• Set up vendors / customers in Oracle NetSuite
• Prepare payment lists and enter into banking system
• Enter bank transactions & allocate payments
• Perform supplier & account reconciliations (incl. credit cards)
• Post sales invoices & journals
• Match receipts, chase payments, respond to queries
• Reconcile inter‑company balances weekly & raise recharge invoices
• Support multi‑currency processing & FX reconciliation (training provided)
• Assist with VAT returns (training provided)
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required
