Job description

Minimum Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or HR Management advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of TES compliance, labour legislation, and BCEA
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable deals
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors (industrial, manufacturing, logistics, mining, construction, and corporate)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents aligned with company pricing and compliance frameworks
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase visibility
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular Client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance
  • Negotiate contract renewals and extensions to maximise revenue retention
  • Work closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve Client issues
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing Sales or Business Development team
  • Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the sales function
  • Promote a results-driven, Client-centric culture
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
