Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or HR Management advantageous
Excellent understanding of TES compliance, labour legislation, and BCEA
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable deals
CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
Flexibility to travel
Responsibilities :
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors (industrial, manufacturing, logistics, mining, construction, and corporate)
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents aligned with company pricing and compliance frameworks
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase visibility
Manage and grow strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
Conduct regular Client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance
Negotiate contract renewals and extensions to maximise revenue retention
Work closely with Operations and Recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve Client issues
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing Sales or Business Development team
Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the sales function
Promote a results-driven, Client-centric culture
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability
