SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

Title : Account Manager

Main Responsibilities :

  • Assist client interactions and account maintenance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings demonstrating the value of our offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and problem resolution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Required Capabilities :

  • Self-managed and results orientated.
  • Customer relation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Required Experience :

  • Customer-Facing Experience : Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Experience in roles that require strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities : Experience in roles that involve problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making can be advantageous.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration : Experience working collaboratively in team settings, such as group projects, volunteer initiatives.
  • Experience in IT and Communications environment
  • Military Background
  • Qualifications and Education :

    Minimum :

  • Matric
  • Preferable :

  • Technical Background in IT and Communications solutions
  • Basic financial training, understanding finances.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
