Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and motivated person to join our growing team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a client‑facing role suited for an energetic individual who enjoys being on the road and engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fixed asset tools and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct in‑person client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify and engage potential leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑up support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Requirements
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Highly active on LinkedIn with a professional online presence.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.Must have own reliable transport (travel allowance provided).Must have a valid driver’s licence.Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Marketing and / or financial qualification (advantageous, not required).Prior experience in B2B sales or client‑facing roles.Experience in SaaS, asset management, or financial services will be beneficial.Bilingual in English / Afrikaans.Compensation & Benefits
Commission : 8% on all sales (uncapped)Travel and cellphone allowances provided.Hybrid working model combining field visits and remote work.Personal Attributes
