We’re looking for an enthusiastic Software Trainer to join our client's dynamic academic team at their Bushbuckridge campus. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping students develop the technical skills and confidence needed to thrive in the IT industry. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, guide students through hands-on projects, and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive software training sessions across various IT programmes.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning aids aligned with course outcomes.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical instruction on relevant software applications and tools.
• Guide students through projects and assessments to build technical competence.
• Provide one-on-one academic support and mentorship to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content current with industry trends and software updates.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and academic staff to ensure quality learning delivery.
• Participate in student engagement activities such as orientations, open days, and graduations.
