Job descriptionFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools. Knowledge of user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, GA4). Ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 24 years of professional experience as a UX / UI Designer (or similar role).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design skills.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar).
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
