Introduction
Client based in the South of Johannesburg who is a bulk distributor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning of customer orders / deliveries
- Monitoring satellite tracking activities
- Vehicle utilization
- Managing service level with customer
- Scheduling and route planning
- Allocate relevant vehicles and drivers to specific orders
- Issue drivers with orders and specific on route instruction
- Coordinated dispatching drivers to accomplish daily delivery requirements
- Reviewed order data to verify transactions and shipping dates
