Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities in the distribution and logistics market.
 - Develop and manage a qualified new business pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
 - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term sustainable partnerships.
 - Prepare and deliver tenders, proposals and presentations.
 - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
 - Collaborate with internal departments to develop cross-silo solutions and ensure smooth implementation of new accounts.
 - Maintain accurate client information and sales data within the CRM system.
 - Provide regular sales reports to management and meet defined activity KPIs.
 Requirements : - Matric.
 - 12 years new business sales experience within the transport and logistics industry.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets.
 - Experience in tender management and solution selling.
 - Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
 - Proficient in the MS Office Suite (intermediate level).
 - Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
 - A basic understanding of supply chain processes will be advantageous.
