Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields A Pure Mathematics pass rate of 60% or higher Some working experience – not necessarily related to your line of study Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically Proficiency in SQL, database management, and programming languages as per your studies Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This leading ERP and PLM company is seeking a dynamic and driven Graduate to join their team as an ERP Support Consultant. The real selling point is that you will start within this division to learn the product and then, once you have proven yourself, move into either Integration, Development or the BI space. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using ERP and PLM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of software solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Assist in the development and documentation of user manuals and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the ERP and PLM industry
- Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
