Minimum Requirements
BCom Degree in Accounting or related field (REQUIRED)
Additional accounting qualifications (e.g. SAIPA, CIMA, ACCA) will be advantageous
12 years minimum relevant working experience in an accounting environment
Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems
Working knowledge of basic supply chain processes including inventory, purchasing, and cost
tracking
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
Handle full accounting function for the Adaptive Accounting business unit
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end procedures
Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
Compilation of Annual Financial Statements
Prepare and submit management accounts and internal financial reports
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Liaise with clients, and key partners
Work closely with the Head of Finance to support the divisions growth
