About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Honeywell systems on the Customer Site as part of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Install, commission, and maintain Honeywell EBI Temaline Access Control systems across customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell DVM (Digital Video Manager) platforms.
  • Assist with diagnostics and basic maintenance of Honeywell XLS Fire panels.
  • Integrate biometric solutions (e.g., Idemia) into access control environments.
  • Perform system backups and recovery using Acronis or similar platforms.
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service Leader and broader team to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications

  • National Diploma in Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in building automation, access control, or security systems would be desirable
  • Full training provided
  • Hands-on experience with Honeywell EBI Temaline Access Control.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Preferred

  • Experience with Honeywell DVM and XLS Fire panels.
  • Familiarity with Idemia biometric systems.
  • Working knowledge of Acronis backup and recovery tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Working Conditions / Equipment / Tools

  • Drivers License and own vehicle is required to arrive at work and to be able to attend to standby calls or when work must be performed after normal working hours if required
  • Administrative work needs to be performed in the office.
  • Adherence to Honeywell 5S principles.
  • Tools will be provided by the company.
  • PPE will be provided by the company.
  • Report to team lead any unsafe conditions in working and non‑working environment.
