Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and facilitate Agile teams delivering complex application development projects . The ideal candidate is a servant-leader and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, diverse environment and is comfortable collaborating with everyone from interns to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and facilitation to Agile teams working on complex application development projects. Act as a servant-leader and problem solver who collaborates with team members at all levels, from interns to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Hands on experience on App Development Projects
• Advantageous : Scrum in Scale
• Will report into Manager of scrum masters
• Ability to work with diverse workforce and all levels of workforce (interns to senior people)
• Ability to be a problem solver and well versed in running projects as sprint
