Position : Brand Management Associate

Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST

Salary Range : South Africa $1500-$2000 (final salary will be determined by candidate experience and client discretion)

Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Management Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role offers hands‑on experience in brand building, market research, campaign execution, and cross‑functional coordination.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Inventory

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts

Project Management

  • Assist with task management and internal team coordination
  • Help plan product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

    • Marketing Support

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Draft social media posts, email content, or creative briefs
  • Help QA landing pages, ads, and website updates

    • Customer Experience

  • Respond to support tickets and help improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor feedback and flag issues in the product or fulfillment

    • Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
  • Minimum 6 months of direct experience managing or assisting in the management of an e‑commerce supply chain.
  • E‑commerce experience – especially if you’ve worked with Shopify, Amazon, or consumer brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – you communicate clearly and proactively, especially in writing.
  • Attention to detail – you double‑check your work and notice the little things that others might miss.
  • Highly organized and proactive – you love checklists, systems, and keeping projects on track.
  • Nice‑to‑have tool experience – familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, CRMs, Canva, or Figma is helpful, but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do—you ask questions, solve problems, and take initiative.
