The Role :
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in building long-term client relationships and placing top talent into permanent positions across various sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, while also driving business development efforts to expand our client base. This role is client-facing and delivery-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality placements and fostering repeat business.
Core Purpose :
- Acquire and manage client accounts for permanent recruitment services
