Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Representative to support and grow our presence in the mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mining and engineering, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Recent graduates in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining Engineering are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the mining industry.
• Conduct technical presentations and site visits to understand client needs and promote roller solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the mining sector.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions for customer requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to mining sites and client locations.
• Valid driver’s license.
