Position : B2B Sales Development Representative

Work Hours (Client) : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST, with core cold calling blocks from 8 : 30-11 : 30 AM and 1 : 30-4 : 30 PM EST.

Holidays : Local Holidays with Flexible PTO and some US Holidays

Pay Range : $1400 - $1550 USD / month PLUS Bonus System (To Be Discussed), varies based on skill set and experience level

Location of Search : South Africa

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties And Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts in the healthcare / medical products space. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B outreach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently navigate conversations with potential clients.

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and clearly articulate value propositions
  • Use persuasive communication to book appointments or demos
  • Maintain detailed records and activities in HubSpot
  • Manage your day and pipeline with strong time management and follow-up discipline
  • Leverage tools like a parallel dialer (prior experience a plus) for efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy

Minimum Requirements

  • Language requirement : Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
  • Experience : 3+ years of related experience in B2B Sales
  • Industry : Ideally in healthcare / medical products or related industries
  • Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, ideally in healthcare / medical products
  • Strong experience in Cold Calling
  • Strong objection handling and communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM preferred
  • Experience with parallel dialers is helpful
  • A neutral or light accent is acceptable as long as speech is clear and easy to understand
