Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Configuration Specialist in Fourways to oversee the integration of third-party gaming systems, payment solutions, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end configurations, ensure system stability, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and vendors, ensuring optimal performance and compliance across all environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage integrations of third-party platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
- Oversee API lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and support platform release cycles across environments.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide second-line technical support and monitor system performance metrics.
