Job details:

• Manage 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles
• Engage senior decision-makers across marketing, customer experience, and operations
• Build strong business cases and lead consultative, insight-driven sales discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
• Maintain a structured pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting
• Position the company as a trusted advisor in customer experience transformation

What were looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise, consultative, or complex sales (SaaS not essential)
• Proven success selling into large organisations with multiple decision-makers
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in person and online
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link solutions to business impact
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine interest in solving business challenges
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital platforms
• Own, reliable transport

• Any tertiary qualification
• Experience in consulting, customer research, or experience intelligence
• Exposure to sectors like banking, automotive, healthcare, or telecommunications

• Base salary: R35,000 - R45,000 per month
