Millwright
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all technical work is executed safely.
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective work orders, recording them in the maintenance control system.
Provide feedback on all planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Prepare detailed equipment breakdown reports.
Organise workplace, documentation, and toolboxes according to 5S standards.
Conduct breakdown analysis and follow up on corrective measures.
Provide technical support and training to operators.
Participate in technical improvement teams and propose improvements.
Take part in equipment breakdown root cause failure analyses.
Ensure high-quality execution of work orders, minimising downtime caused by maintenance.
Support execution of engineering and local projects.
Register all activities in the ERP system.
In-depth knowledge of PLC, Variable Speed Drives, Motors, and Electrical circuits
In-depth knowledge of mechanical drive systems, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumps
In-depth knowledge of the Problem-solving tools
Basic welding skills
Basic knowledge of the HVAC system
Able to communicate in English
Technical report writing
Qualifications & Experience
N6 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree advantageous).
Trade-tested Millwright.
2-3 years maintenance experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
