Job descriptionCompleted BSc / IT degree or other relevant qualification in a related field. 5+ years experience as a Business Data Analyst. Strong background in system integration using different technologies. Proven ability in data analytics and insights generation. Extensive reporting experience with attention to accuracy and clarity. Solid knowledge of process engineering / analysis methodologies. Experience in SharePoint development . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in banking / financial services. Exposure to data engineering or data science projects. Knowledge of ARIS, Celonis, or other process mining tools.
What you will be doing :
- Collaboratively define, review, maintain, and improve business analysis and process engineering standards, practices, methods, and techniques.
- Create, maintain, and continuously enhance a collection of company and industry best practices for business analysis / process engineering.
- Develop and refine business analysis / process engineering artefacts aligned with gold standards.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to improve business processes and skill sets.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and support decision-making through extensive reporting.
