Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will contact decision-makers in various companies to invite them to attend our industry-focused seminars.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to company decision-makers
  • Present and explain the benefits of attending our seminars
  • Persuade potential attendees to register for events
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call information
  • Achieve daily / weekly targets for calls and registrations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
