Job descriptionOversee Financial Modelling and reviews of cost centre and fianncial data – Excessive Financial Reporting and Date reviews Assist with revenue forecasting (specifically non-transaction and Institutional revenue) Identifying risks and opportunities related to revenue Market analysis Analyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement Consistently analyse financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memorandum, and market research presentations to support deal evaluation and investment decisions. Perform in-depth financial analysis and comparative benchmarking of potential investments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies. Assist in the preparation of investor materials, financial presentations, and due diligence packages for capital raising efforts, supporting senior team members in managing investor relationships.

Min Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) – Chartered Accountant
- 3-5 years experience as a CA(SA) from a similar industry.
- Financial Risk Management experience
- Private Equite / Capital Venture / Investment Analyzing experience
- Writing and communications skills
