Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Revenue Operations at a growing U.S.-based company. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for overseeing the company’s revenue operations processes, optimizing workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success, and ensuring the efficient use of HubSpot as the main CRM. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required), including setup, automation, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, process improvement experience, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with other tools (e.g., data visualization software, Excel, or Google Sheets) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the revenue operations strategy to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
  • Manage and enhance HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, automation, and adoption across teams.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales pipeline efficiency, lead management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to align processes and strategies with company goals.
  • Implement automation and tools that reduce manual work and improve team productivity.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue performance.
  • Compensation

    3,000 - $6,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

    Details

  • Independent contractor agreement, paid 2x monthly.
