What will you do?

Be the right and left hand of the Executive Assistant Housekeeper
Maintain highest cleaning standards of a 5
superior hotel
Organise all matters of the housekeeping department together with the EAH
Make sure all guests receive prompt services
Manage and motivate your team in order to provide a high standard of service
Create memorable, lasting and individual experiences
Be pro-active and out-going
Take ownership
Provide personalised services
Ensure timely resolutions of guests challenges independently
Take responsibility in any part of the operational process
Have fun and broaden always your horizon
