Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative Digital Marketing Content Producer to develop engaging short-form videos and social posts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll craft content that positions Growth Troops as a thought leader in staffing and talent acquisition while driving engagement across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support – Create video and social assets for recruitment campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Video Production – Film and edit vertical videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Content Design – Build LinkedIn carousel graphics and professional visuals.

Platform Strategy – Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and platform best practices.

Collaboration – Partner with marketing lead to ensure brand consistency and meet calendar deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience producing digital marketing content across multiple platforms.

Proven track record with TikTok and YouTube Shorts content.

Ability to create polished LinkedIn-ready posts and graphics.

Skilled with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar.

Strong storytelling and campaign-oriented mindset.

Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Workflow

Rate : Paid per approved deliverable (video or post).

Volume : Flexible — work on as few or as many projects as you prefer.

Payment Terms : Net-15 days post-approval.
